![](https://i2.wp.com/englishengish.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/IMG_3403-scaled.jpg?fit=920%2C690&ssl=1)
第一段落と第6段落はIntroduction(導入)と Conclusion(結論)と書かれていますね。
① Creation of roads used by people, animals, and vehicles.
② Developing ways for people to fly from place to place
③ Establishment of global paths for information transfer
④ Opening of lanes for ships to travel and transport things
![Karen](https://i0.wp.com/englishengish.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/happy_schoolgirl-215x300.png?resize=96%2C96&ssl=1)
![Karen](https://i0.wp.com/englishengish.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/happy_schoolgirl-215x300.png?resize=96%2C96&ssl=1)
1:Which is the following is closest to the meaning of the underlined word imperative in paragraph 1 ?
![Karen](https://i0.wp.com/englishengish.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/happy_schoolgirl-215x300.png?resize=96%2C96&ssl=1)
From quiet paths by a stream in a forest to busy roads running through a city, people have created various forms of routes in different places. These now exist all around us, and their use is imperative for societies. These routes have enabled people to move , transport things, and send information from one place to another quickly and safely. Throughout history, they have been important in our daily lives.
![Karen](https://i0.wp.com/englishengish.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/happy_schoolgirl-215x300.png?resize=96%2C96&ssl=1)
From quiet paths by a stream in a forest (森の中の小川に沿った静かな小道から)to busy roads running through a city(街の中を通り抜ける往来の激しい道まで), people have created(人々は作り出してきた) various forms of routes(様々な形の道を) in different places(様々な場所に). These now exist(これらの道は現在も存在している) all around us(我々の周囲いたるところに), and their use is imperative(そしてこれらの道を使うことは[..................]である) for societies(社会にとって). These routes have enabled(これらの道によって) people to move(人々は移動することができるようになり) , transport things(ものを運び), and send information(情報を送ることもできるようになったのだ) from one place to another(ある場所から別の場所へと) quickly and safely(早く、そして安全に). Throughout history(歴史を通じて), they have been important(道はずっと大切なものであった) in our daily lives(私たちの日々の生活において).
![Karen](https://i0.wp.com/englishengish.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/happy_schoolgirl-215x300.png?resize=96%2C96&ssl=1)
① accidental ② essential ③ industrial ④ traditional
![Karen](https://i0.wp.com/englishengish.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/happy_schoolgirl-215x300.png?resize=96%2C96&ssl=1)
2:According to paragragh (2), which of the following statements is true?
![Karen](https://i0.wp.com/englishengish.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/happy_schoolgirl-215x300.png?resize=96%2C96&ssl=1)
Paragragh2
Early routes were often formed naturally on land. They gradually developed over long periods of time while people traveled them on foot or horseback. A significant turning point in their history arrived when the first wheeled carts appeared in ancient times. Once this happened , people recognized the importance of well-maintained routes. Therefore , towns, cities, and entire countries improved then in order to prosper. As a result, life became more convenient, communities grew, economies evolved, and cultures expanded. The importance of land routes increased further, especially after the appearance of automobiles.
![Karen](https://i0.wp.com/englishengish.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/happy_schoolgirl-215x300.png?resize=96%2C96&ssl=1)
Early routes were often formed(初期の道路は形作られることが多かった) naturally on land(陸地に自然に). They gradually developed (道路は徐々に発達した)over long periods of time(長い時間をかけて) while people traveled them on foot or horseback(人々が徒歩や馬に乗って移動する間に). A significant turning point (重要な転換点は)in their history (道の歴史において)arrived (訪れた)when the first wheeled carts appeared in ancient times.(古代に最初の車輪のついた荷車が現れた時に) Once this happened(一度これが起こると) , people recognized the importance of well-maintained routes(
Therefore(それ故) , towns, cities, and entire countries improved then (町も、都市も、国全体も道をよくしていった)in order to prosper(繁栄するために). As a result(その結果), life became more convenient(生活はより便利になり), communities grew(共同体も大きくなり), economies evolved(経済は発展し), and cultures expanded(文化は拡大した). The importance of land routes(陸路の重要性は) increased further(より高まった), especially after the appearance of automobiles(特に自動車が現れてからは).
![Karen](https://i0.wp.com/englishengish.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/happy_schoolgirl-215x300.png?resize=96%2C96&ssl=1)
① Creation of roads used by people, animals, and vehicles.
② Developing ways for people to fly from place to place
③ Establishment of global paths for information transfer
④ Opening of lanes for ships to travel and transport things
![Karen](https://i0.wp.com/englishengish.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/happy_schoolgirl-215x300.png?resize=96%2C96&ssl=1)
① Early routes were created by people who traveled by wheeled carts.
![Karen](https://i0.wp.com/englishengish.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/happy_schoolgirl-215x300.png?resize=96%2C96&ssl=1)
② People's first route on land followed the growth of towns and cities.
![Karen](https://i0.wp.com/englishengish.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/happy_schoolgirl-215x300.png?resize=96%2C96&ssl=1)
③ The development of land routes led to progress in many areas of society
![Karen](https://i0.wp.com/englishengish.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/happy_schoolgirl-215x300.png?resize=96%2C96&ssl=1)
④ The improvement of routes resulted in the invention of the automobile.
![Karen](https://i0.wp.com/englishengish.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/happy_schoolgirl-215x300.png?resize=96%2C96&ssl=1)
![Karen](https://i0.wp.com/englishengish.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/happy_schoolgirl-215x300.png?resize=96%2C96&ssl=1)
Good luck!
